Excellent casual dining Taiko Sushi is one of the best places to get sushi in the Folsom area if you want a great dining experience. I know personally that the owner goes out to the fish market at 5:00 AM every day and selects fish only through a rigorous screening process. Great sushi Taiko Sushi is a great place to eat-in or for take-out. The service is friendly and fast. I like seaweed salad, which isn't on the menu, but you can still get it if you ask for it. The sushi roll portions are big so I normally get 2 rolls. YUMMY!
Taiko Sushi I have been to Taiko Sushi a number of times. Every time the food is excellent. There is a great selection and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable about their menu which is nice for those of us who are not very knowledgeable about the different menu selections.
