I highly recommend Chef Tai. He crafted a diverse brunch menu that was both delicious and beautifully presented, making the event feel extra special. Every option was a winner. I had the fortunate opportunity to experience Taichef first hand last month. It was delicious especially the salmon. Poached perfectly. But for me, the abundance of grilled fresh veggies made the meal. Attention to detail always takes the ordinary to awesome 👍
Tai is not only hilarious but also patient in taking the time to really let us in on his process. I felt like I was witnessing a master class while having the freedom of asking real-time questions leisurely in the kitchen together. Chef T'ai cooked at our home once a week and was really helpful with meal prep! He proudly cooks everything from scratch and primarily focuses on American cuisine. He's also accommodating with food restrictions like no butter, red meat, etc. and is very open to feedback to make sure you have a great experience!
T'ai is a wonderful chef and an awesome, trustworthy person. We were lucky to have him cook for our family for over a year.
