I came to Tai Yi Natural Health Center with pain in the neck, shoulders and back. I was recommended to take a natural approach and try acupuncture. This was my very first experience, and to be honest i was nervous about needles, pain and possibly some discomfort. To my surprise, my first session went absolutely great! The acupuncturist is very knowledgeable, I came in with chronic knee pain after falling down the stairs. After just one visit the pain was almost nonexistent, with regular treatment my knees have felt great, and after a few months they feel much stronger. They also take insurance making the visits easy and hassle free. If you have chronic pain, I would recommend this acupuncturist!

I have been dealing with cervical disc issue since 2024. The nerve issue irritated my muscles to my neck, shoulders, and back. As a result I cannot turn or tilt my head. After just 3 sessions of massage therapy Goldfe has helped me to rotate my neck better.
