I loved this store, so many items I loved. The lady servicing me was very helpful and happy to answer any questions. I wear my earrings every day and it’s very good quality.

Very rude staff. would not recommend. ...See response below! lol. My earring broke after 3 weeks and they told me to send it back to the manufacturer in CA- won't even pay for the shipping... And yes- they said they were not able to help me any further. I called them twice to follow up up, after being told they would return my phone call. I am the one who is very disappointed. This was not only the fault of the shop itself, but also the wholesaler and therefore company as a whole. It's sad that this is the level of customer ... read more

I decided to order a necklace after getting a recommendation from a friend - I was excited about the cute minimal design of this necklace. After only a few weeks of gentle wear (I only wear it a couple days a week too) the metal is already extremely tarnished and dark even though the website said it was gold. NOT a high quality product or worth the price.
