I have to echo so much of what all the other reviews - Tai and Lee really are just that great. We were super nervous about finding an agent as first-time home buyers but felt at ease from the first meeting we had with Tai. She's patient, super knowledgeable, has sound judgement, is not pushy, very responsive, and so much more. I can't recommend her enough. I'm so glad we took our friends' advice in going with Tai; she's made the process as painless as possible.
Tai and her whole team were so great to work with. Very responsive and easy to work with. They went above and beyond and made things easier for me as an out of towner house hunting remotely. She was also very knowledgeable of potentially expensive repairs and fixes of homes we were touring so I didn’t have to wait for the surprise during inspection down the road.
As a first-time home buyer, so much of this process was unfamiliar to me and my fiance. However, Tai was informative, reassuring, and answered all of my questions promptly. She knew when to walk away from a bad counter offer, and coached us on how to make an offer that was ultimately accepted with no counter! I love our little starter home, and Tai advocated for us to make sure that necessary repairs were done before we got the keys that ultimately saved us thousands!
