To start off the space is peaceful and beautiful. I started coming to Kuan for acupuncture for stress, upper back pain and hip pain from many years of dance. With anxiety towards the thought of "using needles," kuan calmed me and I couldn't be more thankful. What an amazing experience. I have gained movement back and in turn my life back. great experience at north reading thai chi and wellness, i have been with eugina 3 times now for cupping and accupuncture. she is the type to look at the tongue for clues on how to best treat. they have a nice library and thai chi and yoga are offerings i havent tryed yet but really look forward to. so realling interesting workshops too.
I take full advantage of my monthly pass for yoga/ meditation & massages. I wish I could spend all my time here. The energy is amazing!

Very clean, friendly and super professional. I went here due to a Groupon for cupping sessions. I had been having a neck issue for over 3 months and nothing had helped. Dr. Chen was able to fix it on the first session. Finally able to sleep again, thank you so much.
Kudalini yoga with Sharon on Tuesday evenings is the highlight of my week. I can't live without it! I always feel so good when I leave, to be honest, I don't leave in the same body I arrived in. Wednesday's with Stephanie is always great too, I have to say she plays the best music, and is always understanding if you can't do all the poses. I can't say enough how these practices have changed my body, my spirt and my life! ��❤️ sat nam
