Excellent "Chair Yoga " class today with Stephanie Quercia. Stephanie is a wonderful teacher. She takes the time to welcome each student individually, asking if we have limitations that she should know about. She has a warm and uplifting personality which truly adds to the experience. I truly enjoyed the class.
First class tonight. Immediately felt comfortable. Warm, welcoming environment. Will without a doubt be coming weekly.
