I had a very positive experience with Tai Bixby when he sold my commercial property. The building sold quickly to a very qualified and cooperative buyer and sold for my asking price which was above "market". Maybe I'm just lucky but I can't help but think Tai had a lot to do with it. Furthermore he followed through all the way to closing with all the complex details, making my life easy. You won't go wrong with Tai.
