My experience working with Tai Bixby was nothing less than fabulous. He handled a very complicated/complex sale of a commercial property for me in the most professional way possible. He's smart, experienced, and a nice guy too. I'd work with him again in a heartbeat...in fact I AM working with him on the sale of another property. He gets 5+stars in my book.
Tai represented a nonprofit for which I serve as an officer in a very protracted and somewhat complex transaction to sell part of what had been a contiguous campus for a school. The deal went through many iterations and Tai stuck with us the entire time, providing expert advice and calm guidance throughout. I recommend him for any complex commercial transaction, but especially if there is an emotional or public-interest involved. He was a trusted advisor and helped get a very thorny deal closed.
For anyone buying or selling commercial property in the Santa Fe market, I strongly recommend using Tai. I had originally met Tai nearly four years ago on a building tour where I ultimately had no interest. A year after that, I reached out to Tai about a second building in Santa Fe. Tai is easily the best commerical broker in Santa Fe County. He's a specialist. His networks are deep, he's highly knowledgeable, and he's always professional. Tai listed our mixed use commercial building and had several buyers making offers in just a few weeks, even though we are in a difficult high interest rate economy.
