Tai is easily the best commerical broker in Santa Fe County. He's a specialist. His networks are deep, he's highly knowledgeable, and he's always professional. Tai listed our mixed use commercial building and had several buyers making offers in just a few weeks, even though we are in a difficult high interest rate economy. I had a very positive experience with Tai Bixby when he sold my commercial property. The building sold quickly to a very qualified and cooperative buyer and sold for my asking price which was above "market". Maybe I'm just lucky but I can't help but think Tai had a lot to do with it. Furthermore he followed through all the way to closing with all the complex details, making my life easy. You won't go wrong with Tai.
Tai is an excellent commercial real estate professional. His team helped get my office building fully leased post Covid when so many people are opting to work remote. Tenants he sourced are quality tenants after over a year. Highly recommend.
