I dont even know where to start with this one. Immediately upon getting our keys and opening the door, it was apparent that there was this thick layer of black dust/dirt on literally every surface. Im not sure if it was leftover residue from laying the floors, or if it was just dust from outdoors that had blown into the apartment over the course of months, but it was gross. I do not recommend renting at this location. The hot water is constantly out. Their water heaters are as old as the building. They won’t replace they Just think they fix it and a month later no hot water without notice. And lasts for days. They shut off water few hours during the day. Yes we get a notice a day or two before but while the apt is out of water the sprinklers in the complex are going on. There is people smoking weed at the staircase and the parking lot. I am currently a resident and I suggest you DO NOT move in here. The insulation is so bad. I've never in my life lived somewhere with such expensive electricity in summer. Literally $700-$800 a month. Management NEVER answers the phone and leaves early EVERYDAY. The new manager, whatever her name is, is not good at her job. She will have no problem telling you you owe money, but once they find out it's their fault they won't get in touch with you, and continue to keep the charge on your account as long as they can get away w... read more

Cant say enough bad things about this place. Way over priced for what youre getting. Apartments are “redone” but still incredibly outdated. Theyre just polished turds. Cabinets and walls are all old and beat up just w new paint on them. Single pane windows dont provide any insulation whatsoever so be prepared for an expensive summer. As soon as the ac turns off the temp rises 20 degrees and instead of making changes to things that would actually improve the quality of living there, they just do cosmetic touch ups to the outs... read more
