Very rude and unprofessional. anyplace where the owner laughs at the customer for trucking them is terrible and not worth your time or even or thought.
They are wonderful and so helpful! They went out of their way to make sure my families cars were taken care of, great pricing! Very friendly, highly recommend and they have gained my business for life.
This place has the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. They damaged the windshield while trying to fix a rock chip. Putting a 14" scratch in the windshield. The tech apologized and called the company. Tahoma glass said they would replace the damaged glass. They confirmed 3 times stating that they would be out to replace the windshield then just were a no show. Worst place ever. The owner Tim is disrespectful and dishonest. Spend your money somewhere else.
