We've had our membership since before groundbreaking, but I only got serious about taking advantage of all the benefits two years ago. What a local treasure! I am so glad to have TAC nearby to help us grow BETTER, not older! I feel GREAT, thanks to TAC!
I love the friendly atmosphere, the trainers are excellent and everything is clean and easy to maneuver around!
Great gym. Great set up. Great people. Totally impressed! The staff is friendly, kidsclub is small, but I love the fact I can see my child on the tv while working out! Gave it four star rating because I personally feel kidsclub is a little small. Overall all I would recommend the gym.
The best gym I have ever been too Fabulous trainers all of them, Carrie is so amazing, she also does Silver sneakers , we work hard, get results, without hurting ourselves, she makes sure how we do the exercises ,so if you have any leg,knee,back issues etc. that you don't hurt yourself
My home gym since day 1! Great people we become friends and family..
