Wow definitely recommend. My massage from Stephan was basically life changing lol. I got a deep tissue massage with cupping and I swear to god, he realigned my whole body. You can tell that he is very well informed and trained in the meridians, pressure points, and body systems. I wish I could bring him back to Philly. I was only in town for a short while but 10/10 would recommend this place if you need a physical and energetic release. TY! 💚🩵
In Lake Tahoe on vacation and doing a lot of hiking. I wanted to get a massage and randomly found Tahoe Zen in a google search. I got the 60 min deep tissue massage and cupping with Stephan. He was wonderful, easy to work with by making you feel comfortable quickly, cute and cozy studio and most importantly he gave an amazing massage. Best pressure and technique I’ve had. Wish I was staying longer so I could get another massage from him!
Stephan has been my therapist for quite some time now. I will never trust anyone else with my back. I have been a chef for decades and hadn't been able to touch my toes in just as long. In my 1st session, he had me remembering that my body isn't supposed to be so restricted. Visited for my first time yesterday. This small spot is clean and welcoming Erin provided me with possibly the best therapeutic massage I've ever had. They have the strength for deep tissue without leaving me sore. Highly recommend a visit.
I had a wonderful massage with Erin. I’ve had many massages at various locations and this one was one of the top five on my list. I would highly recommend a massage with Erin if you are in Southlake Tahoe area. She focused on the areas that were problems; knots and sore back, rather than just going through the motion as I’ve experienced with many masseuse in the past.
