This is a very safe, very quiet place to live in South Lake Tahoe. It’s well maintained by the management and they reliably plow the streets here whenever the snow comes. I like living here! P.S. I withheld one star only because my roof leaked in several places during the recent tremendous downpour of rain. Unfortunately the snow which just fell on Christmas Day has made it impossible to get to the leaks until I shovel all the snow off the roof to find and fix the problems!
The place is a dump! People by the car loads who don't even live here come in to use the pool. The pool has no locks on gates, it's an absolute free for all!!! Also, no fences separating the units. Neighbors cut through your yard. My neighbor(s) cuts through our yard to get to the pool. We have to make sure our son's window is closed at all times in case he is changing his cloths! Don't move here!!!
