The place is a dump! People by the car loads who don't even live here come in to use the pool. The pool has no locks on gates, it's an absolute free for all!!! Also, no fences separating the units. Neighbors cut through your yard. My neighbor(s) cuts through our yard to get to the pool. We have to make sure our son's window is closed at all times in case he is changing his cloths! Don't move here!!!
Its a trailer park .. with the most confusing layout ever... unless your more familiar with crop circles than grid layouts expect to have a difficult time finding your way around
I live here and yes I like it
We just love living in Tahoe Verde...it's quiet, safe, clean, and sunny! All our neighbors are nice, management is responsive and competent, and the owners are always making improvements to the property. We get all this for a fraction of the price of a "normal" house in Tahoe. It's the best kept secret in town...
