very bad customer service
Be careful when renting from Tahoe Sports Tahoe Keys Boat Rentals. They have a scam-like practice of charging $500 for a boat propeller no matter what condition you return the boat in. Even if there is no damage, they still hit you with this fee. After reading other reviews, I found they have done this to many other customers. They are not trustworthy. To make it worse, the propeller they charge $500 for has a retail value of about $100. Avoid this place if you don’t want to be overcharged.
Zero customer service
I had a terrible experience with this rental boat company. The customer service was extremely poor, and they added a lot of extra charges without providing any clear explanation. It felt like they were just looking for ways to nickel-and-dime us. I would not recommend using their services at all. There are definitely better options out there.
