We stayed with Tahoe Rental Management in one of their homes in Olympic Valley. They were so helpful! They accommodated a late checkout and helped us to download the free shuttle app so we could easily make it to the mountain to ski. We will definitely be back!
The heater went out in our home after a major power surge in the area and Tahoe Rental was able to move us into a comparable home down the street within hours. We have small children so spending a night without a heater was not an option. Their swift response to the emergency was professional and very appreciated!
Tahoe Rental Management managed our home in Northstar for 4 years. We recently sold it, but they were great to work with from the beginning to the end! We had never had a rental home before and they made the process of setting it up very easy, and when it came time to sell they made it easy to continue renting it while it was for sale. If we buy another rental home in Tahoe we will definitely go with them again.

I have stayed with Tahoe Rental Management two winters in a row in two different homes for our annual ski trip and will be coming back next year! Their homes are always clean, well-stocked, and their communication is great. The hot tub stopped working during our last stay and they had the hot tub company out within a few hours and were able to fix it the same day. Great company to stay with!
