Everything was great before we arrived. They were very nice and friendly and allowed us to check in early. However, after we arrived and found the disaster of a house they rented us, things changed. The house was in need of some major TLC. We had a list of problems, including finding broken glass and ski poles in the bushes in the front of the house, finding someone else's shorts and underwear under a bed, a ski pole holding up one of the sets of blinds, stained towels and worst of all MICE!
