The techs were great. Office support is trash, as well as the 2 girls that work there. They think cause they answer the phones they are king tut. I can bet my voice will be heard. They office is nasty and trashy, hung up on me 4 times over asking if an order was placed for around the pool light. They ordered replacement parts to fix the issue. John did a great job start to finish! First repaired our old spa, then discovered it was unrepairable and removed it. He showed us a variety of good, used spas and we chose one. His responsiveness was excellent. He gave us really good tips on preparing for the installation of the new spa. It was installed within a couple of weeks once the pad was prepared. Yet another good experience. Had the compression nut on a ~$300 pipe split and took it to them for a replacement. 5 minutes in the back room and the tech came out with a split nut for $17 and would not take $ for labor to put it on the pipe... Been to them before, and will go to them again~ (And yes: could have bought online but that doesn't support a helpful local business, does it?! VALUE is the name of the game)
Updating my earlier review: I’m very pleased with Tahoe Pool Service’s response and interest in resolving my earlier concern. Tyler and his team are very professional.
I will gladly update my review if Tahoe Pool Service is interested in completing the repair work which they were hired to complete and paid for. In late July 2023, we called to have a leak diagnosed and repaired. Home warranty repairs take a while to be scheduled as they are given lower priority compared to other service calls. It took several months to diagnose the leaking and undertake the repairs, which required a separate $600 out of pocket payment for Tahoe Pool Service to turn the spa on its side to access the pipes th... read more
