The stay at Tahoe Pacific north has been the worst experience of my life. The building is falling apart the room's are small no hot water, my room had no heat and the nurses not all of them but to many need to stop playing with their phones and do what they are getting paid for attending to parents. I would not ever recommend it to anyone. This was my first time in a long term care not a good first impression at all .
