I like that you all kept your promise, you all did everything within a few hours and the result is really a marvel. Great job, really. The kitchen looked like a new fully furnished room.

Admittedly destroyed clothing left in "Professional" care – We dropped off our best dress shirts and sweaters for simply cleaning and pressing. We allowed a week for them to be completed as the owner indicated time was needed to do the job correctly; therefore, we shared that we didn't need them immediately, and we'd return in one week. WRONG NAME, WRONG SERVICE – I brought a black suit by Tahoe "One Hour Cleaners" today. I stopped by at 08:30 am and said I needed this by 11:00 today figuring that this would give them two and a half times the amount of time they say on their sign. They told me it would not be ready by until 12:00. The way I see it is if they say one hour cleaners I expect it in one hour not in three, especially if I am paying one hour prices.
