Tahoe North's management staff conducted themselves in an unethical and unprofessional manner towards us, their guests. The management had a responsibility to resolve issues that we raised during our stay and to take steps to inspect and correct the problem in a timely manner, instead they were dismissive and stated repeatedly that everything was in order and was cleaned before our arrival and we just have to accept that explanation.
