I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience when checking on the status of my prescription. When I approached an available counter to speak with the technician, I was abruptly told to “stand back” — the tone was harsh and unprofessional. I wasn’t invading anyone’s space, simply trying to get help.
