I am very grateful to have such good care, that is so accessible. Our 3yo had a fever, I called for an appointment at 8am and was able to schedule one for 9.25am the same day. From the scheduling department, to the front desk to seeing Dr Eldridge the service we received was brilliant. Dr Eldridge was so kind and caring - making sure our daughter felt comfortable, and safe. I would highly recommend Tahoe Forest Pediatrics!
I had a work done here. 6 weeks later and I had to call to get my results. Not the best customer service.
I have only had pleasant encounters with friendly, helpful staff. The waiting areas are nice and comfortable. The restrooms are always clean. There is also a drinking fountain inside.
