I believe the staff is great but they lack the necessary staff to provid the necessary services to the Truckee committee. I called on Monday morning at 8:05am because my daughter has strep throat and was told they only had 2 spots open for the entire day for kids and urgent care is our only option again for the fifth time. Crazy that Tahoe Forest believes having only 2 spots for sick kids is at all appropriate. I have heard the excuses many times now but TF's priorities are not aligned with working families in Truckee.
They are understaffed and it's not the best care
I am very grateful to have such good care, that is so accessible. Our 3yo had a fever, I called for an appointment at 8am and was able to schedule one for 9.25am the same day. From the scheduling department, to the front desk to seeing Dr Eldridge the service we received was brilliant. Dr Eldridge was so kind and caring - making sure our daughter felt comfortable, and safe. I would highly recommend Tahoe Forest Pediatrics!
I had a work done here. 6 weeks later and I had to call to get my results. Not the best customer service.
