LOVE THE NURSES AND DOCS, 5 STARS! 1 star for financial department, unhelpful, the hospital itself gouges, their charges are unbelievable. I feel for the people that have to collect these charges from hard working Americans with no insurance. The fees are outrageous!!!!
I went into the ER here on Tuesday 9/19 with a head infection due to an abcessed tooth. Previously, in April in Florida, I was admitted into the hospital for 3 days for intravenous antibiotics for encephalitis on the same tooth, same problem. I was concerned it was encephalitis again. Dr. Rosegreen did no basic tests to confirm or deny encephalitis. Since I went into anaphylaxis in 2012 at Tahoe Forest, Incline, due to penicillin, also tetracycline gives me a blotchy skin rash, I asked for azithromiacin. I am severely antibi... read more

STAFF IS EXCELLENT!!!! This review is to accounting and billing, pricing is sickening. They are completely unwilling to help, they offered less than 50% cost if pd at time of service , $7000!!!! This only benefits the wealthy! We have made payments of OVER $12K 🤮 And its not enough. SHAME ON TFH BILLING AND ACCOUNTING , The hard working middle class and lower CANT AFFFFORD YOU!!!!!!, ONCE AGAIN...❤️❤️❤️ THE NURSES AND DOCS! I give them all 10 ⭐️
