I had great experiences in the past, over the past 4 years or so that I’ve been bringing my malamute here! We come to Tahoe every winter. But last year, my dog came back with a long, 2-inch cut across her nose. I wasn’t even notified. When I picked her up, I saw and asked about it to the male employee there, who shrugged and had no info to offer; he then said she was being dominant to other dogs, but couldn’t offer any proof or further details on what happened. I just used Tahoe Best Friends for my 2 Brittany's over July 4th weekend. I had an unexpected emergency & they were able to accommodate the pups for Sat. night as well which was not reserved + had extra food for them. Really appreciated how easy it was to make the reservation, drop off, call in & speak with staff, update reservation & pick up. And I know they had fun, too! I'm so happy to have a great place to bring my dogs in SLT for future visits when visiting family.
