I am extremely dissatisfied with the company's utility billing practices. As a solitary occupant in my 2-bedroom apartment in 1200 North Cedar Ave, I have experienced exorbitant and unwarranted charges on my water and electricity bills since December, despite utilizing these amenities sparingly. Had a house fire. Shut off electric by our request. Didn’t receive any mail as we were not able to stay in the house they sent our bill to collections and took the deposit. Charged us a bunch of money and I mean a bunch of money to get it going again plus another deposit. Then told us we had to have a lease signed within the last six months when we were one month away from our current one year lease being up.
