Dr Casey is great but the clerical/ receptionist are incompetent. My dad came to visit me in Texas and ran out of some medication. I called twice on Friday once around 10/10:30 AM left a voice mail no response called again approximately 1:45 PM. Girl taking the messaged kept interrupting me . She told me she would get the message to the doctor as of today still no meds. To pick up called and left another message this morning. Lacks communication skills and knowledge of patient.
My son & I see Doc Ward & he is very patient & informative & kind every time we see him!
Sandy was very in tune and genuinely cares about her patients wellbeing.
