My appointment was at 8:30. Arrived early and filled everything out and I still had to wait until damn near 10 to finally see my doctor
They’re okay if you just need someone to monitor your A1C and for simple lab work done, but don’t look for them to go beyond that. Watch out if your A1C is too high, they will come into the room screaming at you at the top of their lungs. So much for good bedside manners!! They won’t refer you to or recommend resources that you may need or benefit from. That’s not in their purview. Dr Casey is great but the clerical/ receptionist are incompetent. My dad came to visit me in Texas and ran out of some medication. I called twice on Friday once around 10/10:30 AM left a voice mail no response called again approximately 1:45 PM. Girl taking the messaged kept interrupting me . She told me she would get the message to the doctor as of today still no meds. To pick up called and left another message this morning.
