If I could give this clinic a zero star I WOULD!!! I have never in my life dealt with a clinic and NP Sandi like this!!! Sandi Casey was my NP, long story short. The most recent visit with her, I had just came from the ER. I was diagnosed with emphysema and upper respiratory infection and a COPD Flare up. I then went to Sandi Casey for my appointment. Brought my 4 year old daughter to the after hours clinic because what looked like a tick bite had doubled in size since the morning. The dr said it was a rash. I took her to the er afterward because i knew better and they suspected tick as well. Now theyre treating her for tick borne illness and running a tick panel. The Pediatrics side is great its just the after hours part that is trash.
My appointment was at 8:30. Arrived early and filled everything out and I still had to wait until damn near 10 to finally see my doctor
They’re okay if you just need someone to monitor your A1C and for simple lab work done, but don’t look for them to go beyond that. Watch out if your A1C is too high, they will come into the room screaming at you at the top of their lungs. So much for good bedside manners!! They won’t refer you to or recommend resources that you may need or benefit from. That’s not in their purview. If you bring up something, then they might follow up on that, but you have to know what it is beforehand. Don’t count on them sending your record... read more
