It's permanently closed
Unfortunately I was a walk-in and couldn't get the trim, but the gentleman cutting hair directed me to another trusted barbershop (since he was booked out through Tuesday and it was only Thursday). When a barbershop is booked that far in advance, and the barber gives other local barbershops as alternatives instead of trying to rush a cut, I'm pretty damned impressed. I'll book in advance next time, definitely willing to bet my beard on that level of ethic and principle.
