This company is the worst ever, they get buildings in mid to low income areas and do not with the property besides take the federal government’s grants and don’t fix the apartments nor do they upkeep the buildings tenants have been robbed and assaulted on the property and they did nothing. They don’t provide standard living necessities, SLUM LORD IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT! He should live in one of these buildings and see how it feels to be cold & have no hot water or not security,
