My wedding plans were lost, then remade, then lost again. Turning my wedding into a horrible night! Nothing promised was delivered. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever visited . The night time manager has no idea what customer service means , nor how to be a proper manager . The staff is very rude . You would get better service by renting a kennal at the city animal shelter . Lol... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY !!
