Perfect for the elderly. When you walk in these condos they have a nice size living area. To the rear of the room is the kitchen and to the side the dining area. Off the hallway are two nice size bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bathroom is opposite the bedroom so you don't have to disturb anyone sleeping. PROS: I love the layout of these units. CONS: You have to use the laudry room.
