CAUTION!!!!. Do not schedule waxing with Kelly their esthetician. She is a flake-canceled on me twice, both within only hours of our appointment. This last time she left small patches of hair on the waxing sites. These are no small amounts of hair. I feel that when you pay for something it should be done right. When I asked her politely to wax the areas she missed, she told me she would have to charge me again. This place is absolutely horrible!!! Worst tanning place ever! I would never ever recommend this place to anyone and feel bad for anyone who still tans here. Customer service is horrible and the girls are extremely rude and snooty and on top of that they screw you over with lotion prices. FYI they charge $126 for a lotion you can get online for $38 and all others they charge 3-4x's the prices online! All they want is your money! I was stupid to ever leave my other tanning salon to try this rip off of a place!!
