Food is great, service is absolutely terrible, they never pick up the phone (for the past 6 months now) and seem terribly understaffed, with one server/cashier at times. Recently I got two coupons, both for free fries, I used the first one without buying anything else. When I went to use the second one, the cashier told me I couldn't use it without buying an item, even though I didn't have to last time. The coupon does not state this policy!
The falafel was really delicious , had the best time around
Service is amazing, place is well clean and the food is really good
