45 mins to wait for an order paid online. Management really needs to properly staff this place. From the app it says order is ready but upon arrival 15mins later, the server would ask you to wait another 15mins as he is alone. This is not the first time. I’ve been here a few times and it’s been a trend.
I had come here many times, and this is the first time i had some issue with the taste of the rice. (I thought it was just me, i shared with my friends, even they find the taste was off) Within 20 min i went back,. The employee and owner tasted and said, the food is fine for them, so they cant give me a refund. Where did the customer service has gone, now iam going to get my dinner from somewhere else. Lol.. big thumbs down 👎 for this place when it comes to customer service . I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
