Placed several online orders for pickup at Tahini Plus Halal Kitchen. Once I arrived after 20 min to pickup my orders they stated there were no orders made, they briefly looked at their tablet and stated no orders had been made by me. I showed them the email with my orders, they still stated it was not valid and refused to provide the food/order. used to come to this restaurant quite often, but the last time I visited, everything was completely different, especially in terms of customer service and the quality of the food. I ordered liver, but it was not tasty at all. On top of that, the onions were burnt, and the falafel tasted nothing like the falafel I had tried here before. Everything had changed, and the food tasted really bad. I ended up leaving most of the food untouched.
