So, my initial appointment was great. The doctor was cool, listened to me, got me the things I needed. I had a follow up appt but since I live in the far NE of the city, I asked if I could do a telehealth appt instead (via phone). They said that was fine. My phone appt was on Friday at 10am, and at 1030, I received a text that they messed me at my appointment. No, you didn't stick to my appointment time. You were supposed to call me. Friendly, professional staff. Very knowledgeable and efficient!
Dermatologist had the personality of chatgpt, except the ai had more of a personality. People leave 5 star reviews are because if you leave one you get a goody bag. Coming back again because it's next to my house. Just not on Mondays. Other staff were friendly maybe next time will be better.
