I Walked in for my appointment on time, and did everything online so when I checked in, all information are done. All of a sudden front desk told me my insurance is inactive that I have to re schedule until I get my insurance updated. I did my scheduling online 3 days prior to my appointment how do I NOT get a call or email nor message that my insurance is not active that I provided from them.
