Potential patience, be aware, their office and front desk will have no ability to answer any billing concerns. While the visits and services have been relatively smooth, the billing has been very poorly managed. I’ve spent over a month trying to get a hold of someone from their billing department to question a billing discrepancy — including multiple calls, voicemails and texts. The only response I have gotten has been “the billing department is trying to catch up with their calls and will get back”. Please do better.
Love the staff, the front desk ladies are so professional and kind. I’ve been coming here for years. PA Aaron Mccook has helped clear my facial acne and back acne. Now I’m just maintaining which is a blessing. Thank you Skin and Cancer Institute. Highly recommend.
It was a very helpful experience. I'll be keeping up with my appointments for sure. 😆
