The front staff and hygienist were friendly and very helpful to the best of their ability. Unfortunately I saw Dr. Alam Zada at this practice. I had a bottom molar with a cavity that had exposed nerve. She drilled into it, held my tongue down so she could reach my tooth (which meant I could not tell her to stop even after gesturing and communicating with my face, which was ignored) and POLISHED IT as I was screaming and sobbing, physically unable to get up because of the sharp instruments in my mouth.
