Very professional people and gets the job done.
I started working for them around August with some man and it wasn’t good Then December I got with a lady client and it was good until June and it’s hard to get in contact with my coordinator. I’ve been trying to find another Aide to work with and they’re just not cooperative or very communicative. The company changed their name from Apex to Tahara. Same horrible people. Most of the reviews are from staff in the building or their family members. The communication between staff and the nurses is horrible. They have no clients I had to bring or find my own. Unless favoritism was shown against me because I barely received leads. No support for the nurses in the field, you never know who oversees your case, they don’t care or acknowledge your concerns as a nurse. It’s just work and make the money. TAHARA is easily the best home health agency around the Philadelphia Region. Great pay, $1,000 sign on bonus, weekly pay, PTO and insurance benefits. My family is blessed to have TAHARA as our agency. My mom is so happy with her caregiver. We couldn’t have been happier.
