My husband & I were visiting from out of town & a storm came through causing a branch to smash both our windshield, & driver window (the last thing anyone needs while out of town. Good news, nothing has changed in 4 years. My insurance company recommended Tag's Auto Glass. Tag's assured me that they would be at my home to fix my windshield the next afternoon. After a week in which they wouldn't return my multiple voice messages, went with another company. Gave them one star because App won't accept zero.
I called my insurance company and they recommended Tag's Auto Glass. Tag's assured me that they would be at my home to fix my passenger side window that afternoon. I waited for them all day. I missed school to wait on them because of the rainstorms and the potential for rain to get in the window. I never recieved a courtesy call telling me that they weren't going to show up.
