This address DOES NOT EXIST... Running some kind of scam I believe. There is a 2128 N. 1st Street (but no 2126 N. 1st) and they never heard of TAGOLD CONSTRUCTION. The CSLB has Peng Liu (Randy) listed as the owner, at 418 Corinthia Dr. Milpitas, which is also a daycare called "Spring Flowers Daycare" 510/857-9063. This guy hit our company vehicle, No insurance and is avoiding us, which sounds par for his mode of operation, HE ALSO HAS NO WORKMANS COMP INSURANCE and yet has employees.... Ca.
