Went there bcuz Elis had a long wait. $35 for a small pizza and a salad that was mostly lettuce, and 1 beer and 1 cola. The pizza was o.k.a.y. and I would have had water, but they didn't offer it. It had an odd feel to it. Obviously not designed for dine in. And the staff was not friendly. I wouldn't say rude, but Def not trained in customer service. The pizza was pretty good, but the service was enough to never go there again. We expressed that we had never been there before yet the cashier disregarded that, didn't explain the menu at all and rushed us through our order. He wasn't even responsive to the questions we did ask about the menu. He acted as though he didn't want to respond to us. The workers were extremely unfriendly. It wasn't for me. It's not exactly Domino's from the 80s, but the bar has been raised in Cincinnati and this place missed in my mind. Flavor can't all be garlic. The crust can't be sagging when you pick it up and then all the toppings spill off like slop. The set up for ordering is a mess, cause if you don't know the menu and need to read the small type on the menu, you are holding up people behind you. Went here for lunch because Eli's was an hour wait. The pizza slices, salad and garlic bread were all deliciousness. Top notch place. Staff was friendly and fast, and had a good selection of beer and wine. Recommend!
