Watt was great to work with on an appraisal for an undeveloped lot on Belton Lake. He really knows the area, has a great research acumen, and is just fun to talk to:) I highly recommend him! Great work. Be careful with appraiser reviews...most are low just b/c a disgruntled homeowner didn't like the final appraisal number. But it's his job to be accurate to the market, not to the homeowner's expectations.
Wildly inaccurate appraisal. Used inaccurate comps, generated an appraisal that came in over $40 per sqft under real comps in the same neighborhood. The licensed appraiser did nothing but sit on my golf cart in the garage then do a 1 minute walk into the living room. His assistant took a few pictures then left.
This appraiser has the be the worst in the industry. He held on to the appraisal because he was upset about having to wait to get into the home. He caused a huge delay in closing. Absolutley incompetent and vindictive. The most unprofessional person I've ever had the misfortune to work with.
If you want someone who does the bare minimum, and rude as can be, get this guy
