The medical staff was fine, but after services - while trying to work out insurance and charges, the administrative staff did not answer the phone half the time and did not return phone calls. Dr. Moss was the 4th doctor I had seen about my knee pain. He immediately diagnosed the problem and offered me options even though I knew I needed a knee replacement. When I decided to do the total knee surgery, he was extremely helpful and receptive to my needs. He performed the surgery and in a few days I was walking with no pain or walking aids.
