Its to much to cover but we should start off with the lack of communication between management, supervisors and employees. How employees are treated. How's there always a lack of materials to do packing jobs efficiently. How there's not a proper training guide across the board for all shift. There a lack of training period for the most part. Terrible place to work. Operations manager Kyle H yells racist comments about Irish ethnic people almost becoming extinct from running out of potatoes. Sherri Franklin gossips about the ENTIRE warehouse and is the second BIG problem in that company. They have a HUGE theft problem and your vehicle isn’t safe on the property. Awesome job to work at! No real complaints here. Not every place is perfect and you cant expect that. There is always room to grow. It was an honor to work for Tagg. Now just get a place here in Houston and ill be set! Lol

Valley industries and Tagg logistics 1 yr ago created an enclave wherein the employees of Valley industries have an opportunity to work off campus and I am proud to say I have had plenty of opportunity and enjoyed it also proud of the fact that I am 1 of Valley industries employees of the year 2008 to be exact and Valley industries King of the mayors shamrock ball 2009!
