Useless and non responsive Been dealing with noisy renter for 3 months. Inquire to speak with owner but tagare completely and I mean completely unresponsive. crickets more responsive. In addition during heavy snows of 2016 no touching parking lot for 2 weeks then a quick 20 minute pass that made parking lot worse. Kids hired to shovel sidewalks pulled after 30 minutes. Its unfortunate that I as a board member once found and advocated for this management company. I find myself now contemplating a defamation of character lawsuit against Tagare. The founder and owner says all the right things and then fall short with empty promises. Nicole , one of their property management employees thought she sent her boss an email and ended up sending a VERY DEROGETORY email to me about me. Extremely unprofessional and uncalled for. The absolute worst Business communication system I've encountered. They never answer the phone or return your call. The next time I look for property to invest in, I will most certainly make sure Tagare Corporation is NOT in charge of the HOA. One star is too generous for them.
