Awesome service
A convenient location for a safety check.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. As someone new to the island, I came in to ask about the requirements for a safety inspection so I could make sure I had everything in order before completing it. Instead of being helpful, the older gentleman I spoke with was extremely rude and confrontational. He threatened to call the police over my vehicle’s registration and insurance status, despite the fact that my insurance is active and I was there specifically to begin the registration process properly.... read more

Absolute WORST business to try to get a safety check from!!!! My daughter bought a used vehicle from Aloha Auto Depot and was told to go to Tagami Auto Service to get her safety check done. Aloha Auto Depot paid Tagami Auto Service to issue my daughter's safety check when Aloha Auto Depot received the license plates in. My daughter was given the license plates and registration card.
