i have been trying to close out our 401(k) program for over a year and get nothing but endless excuses or requests for more documentation. The level of ineptitude, poor communication, and lack of attention to detail is astonishing. I have notified the Department of Labor's EBSA.
I called the company before submitting a withdrawal request to get info on how it goes and what’s needed and was never able to speak to anyone until I got an operator who transferred me back to a voicemail .. I need help with the withdrawal of my money. I called 3 times.
