Unsolicited calls
Please do yourself a favor and do not use this company for your 401k. Extremely unresponsive and difficult to work with and it is impossible to access information. Even as we try to close out our relationship and move on to another TPA - a nightmare to the end.
This company is ridiculous. They don't respond to messages/voicemails nothing. They suck at customer service and I don't understand why anyone would work with this company. I'd give them negative stars if I could.
Stay away from any business with this group of thieves. No response to any request, completely inept at their job and absolutely no customer service at all. I am filing a complaint with state and federal against TAG due to losses taken from their lack or response to request of distributions. Next steps will be filing against them and see if we cannot get a class action working as I see a lot of other bad reviews with same situation.
i have been trying to close out our 401(k) program for over a year and get nothing but endless excuses or requests for more documentation. The level of ineptitude, poor communication, and lack of attention to detail is astonishing. I have notified the Department of Labor's EBSA.
