Please read this and take it seriously. As a small employer I was able to save money moving my 401K Safe Harbor services to TAG. I am completely on an island on my own. They run very behind, no communication, no returning calls, random emails late at night, and recently they filed a second extension to do the annual IRS filings required and the IRS denied it and they told me today it was for me to figure out. This company made so many mistakes when processing our 401(k) transactions. Stay away.
Unsolicited calls
Please do yourself a favor and do not use this company for your 401k. Extremely unresponsive and difficult to work with and it is impossible to access information. Even as we try to close out our relationship and move on to another TPA - a nightmare to the end.
This company is ridiculous. They don't respond to messages/voicemails nothing. They suck at customer service and I don't understand why anyone would work with this company. I'd give them negative stars if I could.
