Absolutely the worst property company you could deal with. Been trying to get ahold of them for weeks through phone and email. No one answers or responds to the problems we're having. They're charging for parking spots but let anyone park in the back and three are being use by tag to store company vehicles. They dont clear the ice/snow like the rental agreement says, they also never bring salt so we dont slip and fall. I’ve had a really great experience with TAG Property Management while trying to find a home. Rebecca has truly gone above and beyond over the past few months to help me find a place that suits my needs. She always follows up when a new rental comes up that she thinks I would like, and I really appreciate her effort and patience (I’ll admit—I can be a bit difficult to please!). Natasha at TAG property management has been a wonderful support for us. We bought an investment property and did not have any prior experience dealing with tenants and finding good tenants etc. Natasha was easy to work with, she found us wonderful tenants and she built a good relationship with them. She really made it a lot less stressful for us and when it came time to sell the property she helped set us up with rental rehab to do some work as well.
