The reviews for this company are beyond accurate. We have NEVER dealt with a more unprofessional, lazy and intentionally incompetent management in our lives. In the past 18 months, each major repair has taken no less than a month to repair including a sink which wreaked of sewage, A/C not being repaired during the summer with outside temperatures over 100, and a garage door that needed repair for over six weeks. Absolutely trash company... not my fault the landlord has to maintain their own home they decided to rent out for profits. Can't rent a house in OKAY condition and rent it out, then charge the tenants for touching up what you SHOULD of fixed prior to us moving in. Is there a reason the next tenants and previous get better treatment than us upon moving in versus us???? Hopefully not a race issue or something, but AVOID these people they won't help you when you call them, but they will try and rob you.
