5 Star : My Experience The estimator, Troy Rey (for the body shop) did an excellent job in every aspect. He demonstrated a deep knowledge of what happened to the car and how the repair would go thru a hierarchical decision tree. Example, patch the hole in the bumper if possible or replace it.
