The best dining experience I've had in Colorado.
Pork belly bao bun was phenomenal. Sea bass entree had great flavors in the yuzu/sesame sauce. Rice was cold. Pickled veggies were good. But oh my God how do you screw up sea bass like that?? You can GRILL IT LIKE A STEAK it's so robust. You know what you can't do to it? Poach, deep fry or sous-vide. Clearly someone wanted to try and alternative preparation of the fish. Never thought we'd ever have an Easter brunch that was Asian Fusion - Phenomenal! Bottomless mimosas... shrimp Benedict with lobster sauce... Hawaiian French toast with slivered Spam... Cool environs...
